What does a call cost?
Each plan includes a bundle of minutes. Use the whole bundle and a call of about two and a half minutes costs the following. Go over the bundle and you pay per extra minute.

Use only part of the bundle and each call costs more. At 50 calls a month, a call on Basis costs about €2.98. That is why we also work out below when an alternative is cheaper.

When is it not worth the money?
- When you miss only a few calls a week and your callers are mostly regulars who try again.
- When a new customer is worth little, so a missed call costs you almost nothing.
- When your callers mostly have complicated or emotional stories. A person is better then, for example through an answering service.

What does an AI receptionist cost per month?
At Lumivia €149 (Basis), €319 (Plus) or €399 (Compleet) a month, excluding VAT, plus a one-time €150 setup that includes a two-week trial.
Am I tied to a contract?
No. Plans cancel monthly and there is no annual contract. Your monthly fee only starts after the two-week trial.
What happens if I go over my minutes?
You pay per extra minute: €0.40 on Basis, €0.30 on Plus and €0.25 on Compleet. If you go over every month, a bigger plan is usually cheaper.
Are prices including VAT?
No, all prices exclude VAT.
